SafeHands is a service and app-based solution which supports survivors of intimate partner abuse in identifying the abuse, building confidence and accessing support to provide an educational, uplifting and inclusive experience to users. Users access a tablet app in the Safe Space to view relatable information, provided through a friendly chatbot. They can also talk to a support worker on the tablet. Finally, users access Safe Strolls to meet and safety plan with a support worker.
