Question to the project team
What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
Considering the distinct user needs between employees and HR managers, where HR managers prioritize productivity enhancements while employees focus on reviewing their complete benefits and feeling validated, we need to consider incorporating B2C UX design into the employee system to strike a balance with the overall B2B UX design. HR managers require constant system usage, whereas employees only need a one-time experience to enjoy the thrill of benefits. Once they have a positive browsing experience with the benefits plans, they are unlikely to revisit them until new benefits are introduced. Consequently, it's imperative to integrate interactive design elements through UX by harmonizing with the overall B2B UI design, to evoke emotions.
