Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
Firstly - User Comprehension: Energy storage systems are often technically complex, and designing an intuitive and easy-to-understand interface is crucial to help users quickly grasp how to use the system. Secondly - Data Visualization: Effectively visualizing data from energy storage systems, such as electricity capacity, power, usage history, and cost-benefit analysis, is essential for enabling users to easily interpret the information and make informed decisions.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Personal highlight: During user testing, the novice mode and expert mode functionalities received high praise for their intuitive expression of scenarios. Low point: Due to the strong professional nature, there is still a need for education and guidance to help users better understand and utilize the energy storage system. Aha moment: Through user interviews, surveys, prototype testing, and analyzing user behavior data, designers can better understand user needs, thereby creating more personalized energy storage solutions that increase user satisfaction.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
Firstly - User Centric Approach: Focus on user needs to offer personalized and humanized energy storage solutions, enhancing satisfaction and market share. Secondly Integrated Services: Energy storage UX will extend beyond individual product design to holistic energy solution experiences, integrating storage systems with other energy-related products and services for a seamless energy management experience.
