Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
From a UX perspective, the biggest challenge was to simplify the onboarding and pre-boarding processes, providing the user with a simplified but effective version. Certainly a topic we have discussed extensively is making the experience more human-centred, without hurting the company's ability to use our app to find suitable candidates. Understanding and empathising with the HR world was definitely a big challenge.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Standout events throughout the development process included the inclusion of gamification and, particularly, the early research stages when we conducted interviews with people to gain a deeper understanding of their perspectives. Unexpected outcomes during our research occasionally surfaced, which made the study process quite enjoyable. The potential of gamification was particularly exciting as it introduced a dynamic layer that improved user engagement and increased the interactivity of the experience. The subsequent challenging part was dealing with the different outcomes from our interviews, trying to get accurate and genuine information from the participants.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
We see our project being acquired and used to improve the onboarding process for newcomers in the professional area over the course of the next five years. Having personally encountered the difficulties associated with these changes , our objective is to improve and accelerate the onboarding procedure to guarantee a more seamless and enjoyable experience for individuals. The ultimate goal is to positively impact each person's career path within organisations. In order to build relationships and exchange experiences, we also hope to organise collaborative events with companies and prospective employees.
