Two questions to the project team

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
My aha moment was when I realized no business software effectively used visual cues (like our signals) or Kanban boards to manage commodity-based transactions. This realization changed our system design path. So, we focused on every single element of UI/UX while solving the specific problems we knew existed. We built a system that the young generation will easily adopt, and the older workers will find easy to use. Our approach and attention to detail on every screen and every click has created a system that is generationally agnostic. I think a low point was the difficulty of some on our team to understand the concepts of complex aviation business transactions quickly. This was a huge unforeseen challenge.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
We believe that VistaSuite Enterprise is positioned to be the number one solution in the aviation market segment in the next five years. Our approach to implementing the VistaSuite business software has been the cherry on top that will make us the leader. By teaching our clients how to run their business in the most optimum capacity and not just teaching them our software, we are able to make adaptation and transition smoother than any other provider out there. Our team is the only team that has done the jobs of our clients combined with software design experience. We have learned their trade\; we have become experts in our users, and that matters.
