Three questions for the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
The complex product and service portfolio had to be structured in a comprehensible and easily accessible way for different user groups with different expertise and requirements. We had to develop different approaches to the appropriate result for the relevant user groups and for international target markets. The extensive technical data had to be supported with visuals to enable the product information to be quickly absorbed.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Due to the mutual trust and constructive cooperation between all parties, we fortunately did not have a real low point. We were able to draw on a solid information base from the user research and evaluate and validate our proposed solutions with the involvement of the relevant stakeholders. We used wireframes to visualise the different concepts throughout and thus had a good basis for discussion and work for everyone involved. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our colleagues at LAUDA as well as all users involved once again for their excellent cooperation and support.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
The new corporate website will be continuously optimised and expanded. The three-dimensional showroom, global search, additional services for international requirements and further language versions will follow. Country-specific product recommendations according to technical requirements are also a topic. The user perspective should continue to be sharpened and continuously incorporated to being able to react appropriately to changing user requirements at all times. In general, we hope to continue our successful collaboration with our customer LAUDA in order to implement the company's digitalisation strategy in a targeted manner.
