Three questions for the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
The particular challenge of the Digiverse project from a UX point of view was ensuring secure sign-up and login processes. Since users would store valuable information, verifying their identity was crucial. Users would upload a photo for verification during registration and answer security questions for each login. After registration, a verification code would be sent via SMS or email to ensure security. Another challenge was securely storing bank account information. Our survey revealed users' concerns about bank account security. We conceptualized collaboration with third parties and banks to enhance security, allowing users to log into their bank accounts within Digiverse, ensuring their information remains protected.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Our personal highlight in the development process was the moment we conceptualized the bank account security feature. Seeing our idea address a significant user concern was very rewarding. The 'aha!' moment came when we realized that collaborating with banks and third parties could offer the robust security our users needed. Another significant 'aha!' moment occurred while working on the 'add beneficiary' section. We were stuck on how users could smoothly add beneficiaries without visual clutter. To solve this, we researched various platforms and gathered insights to understand the best fit for our users. This led us to design a streamlined process that ensured ease of use and clarity, making the user experience seamless and intuitive.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
In the next five years, we envision Digiverse becoming a premier platform for digital asset management and inheritance. Our goal is to continuously optimize security measures and user experience, staying ahead of threats and advancements. By expanding collaborations with financial institutions and integrating more digital platforms, we aim to provide comprehensive asset management. We will drive innovation by developing features to meet evolving user needs and collaborate with NGOs for digital asset donations. We aim to make Digiverse indispensable for managing digital legacies, ensuring assets are secure and seamlessly transferred to loved ones. Through these efforts, we aspire to set industry standards for digital inheritance solutions.
