Three questions for the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
Existing systems often fail to provide personalized attention to students' academic needs, a gap we aimed to address while maintaining core functionalities. Balancing our aspirations with practical constraints limited resources and time proved challenging in developing an optimal UX solution integrating AI features. Through collaborative efforts with development teams and ongoing feedback from technical, management, and educational stakeholders, we iteratively resolved usability issues and enriched the user experience. This approach enabled us to deliver effective and efficient personalized learning support, fostering a more engaging and supportive educational environment for all educational stakeholders.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Our personal highlight was witnessing the excitement and relief of students and teachers when they experienced the seamless integration of real-time feedback and AI-powered features into our assessment tools. The "aha!" moment came when we observed immediate engagement and increased motivation among students. Addressing security concerns was pivotal, ensuring trust and reliability in our AI-driven system. A low point occurred during early testing when user feedback revealed complexities in the interface. This challenge led to critical redesigns that significantly improved usability and user satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to enhance educational experiences.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
In the next five years, we envision our project becoming a cornerstone of modern education, globally recognized for its innovative approach to personalized learning and assessment. We plan to expand our platform to support a wide array of assessment types, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance educational experiences further. Personally, we are committed to advancing educational technology, aiming to reshape learning environments and empower educators and students worldwide with transformative digital tools that foster engagement, equity, and excellence in education.
