What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
A particular challenge of the project from a UX perspective was ensuring that the integration of the mouse pad into users’ typical workflows did not disrupt their productivity. Balancing the need for continuous wrist position monitoring with minimal intrusiveness required careful design considerations. The user interface had to be intuitive and provide clear, actionable feedback without overwhelming the user. Additionally, encouraging users to adopt and consistently follow wrist exercises and breaks, without causing frustration or resistance, was a significant challenge that the team addressed through iterative testing and refinement.
