Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
Our biggest challenge was to reframe Juzdan from being perceived as 'just campaigns' to establishing it as a versatile digital wallet that showcases its multi-faceted nature. To achieve this, we completely restructured the information architecture, ensuring that its diverse capabilities were prominently highlighted. Additionally, we streamlined transaction flows to make interactions simple and rewarding, encouraging users to fully engage with all the functionalities the app offers.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Our defining moment was the realization that aligning every design decision with user needs could simplify complexity into clarity. Amidst tight deadlines and an already active development phase, our continuous research guided us to overhaul the information architecture and improve key areas. This challenging timeframe drove us to deliver a more sharper design.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
In the long run, we see Juzdan evolving into a robust, go-to platform that effortlessly integrates emerging financial technologies. As the technological landscape and consumer habits evolve, Juzdan will expand its capabilities with enhanced features that are both intuitive and user-centric. This ensures that even as the things become more advanced behind the scenes, the experience remains empowering and easy to navigate, allowing Juzdan to consistently meet user expectations.
