What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
The main UX challenge of the ZEISS PROSPARA project was designing an intuitive interface that catered to marketing managers in refractive practices with varying levels of marketing maturity. The platform had to simplify complex technical content while ensuring easy navigation and accessibility of resources. Balancing these needs while maintaining a seamless user experience was key to the project's success.
