Three questions for the project team
1. What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
TELEVIC CONFERENCE: What we found to be a challenge was to really listen to the various pains and challenges an end user has, particularly given the fact that we provide our solutions internationally and to different target markets. So finding the right gains for each user and translating that into a software solution was challenging at times but through interviews and iterations we managed to get on top of these challenges
2. What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
RONAN DEZYN: For me the personal highlight, apart from the daily motivation and efforts of our development team was to see and hear the positive feedback during the iterations of the project. We presented the solution in its early stages to our partners and sales team at our annual partner event and they were very excited. There weren’t really any low points other than the COVID-19 situation affecting our way of working and time-to-market but even that hat little impact on the project.
3. Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
TELEVIC CONFERENCE: To quote our general manager: “Confero is vital to achieving our goal to become the reference in the moderated Conference industry” It really marks a new direction in software solutions for our company.
