Detailed user insights formed the basis for the concept and the development of a digital sales support application, a 3D configurator for the product line “Quadro”. The complexity and combination depth of the series makes the personal consultation of the customer by a salesperson indispensable. For effective consulting, a real-time configurator was developed, which communicates the product advantages and variants and supports the preparation of an offer.
