The app strengthens inclusion and participation by creating an accessible experience, enhancing access to knowledge. The product is a rewritten redevelopment of the initial app released five years prior. The approach was based on user feedback, which highlighted the need for overhauled architecture and more testing. The user journey is focused around location technology and an intuitive touch screen.
