Memolist: Designing for Dementia

Memolist is a dementia-friendly health reminders app for the iPad, which will help improve the quality of life for patients who live with dementia and Alzheimer’s, as well as to encourage wellbeing. Through experimenting with design, the number of ill-suited features was decreased, such as: small text, low contrast color, and small buttons resulting from disorientation. This helped users to feel at ease and gain enough digital interaction experience for them.
