Seulki Lee is Associate Design Director at McKinsey & Company in Berlin, where she leads design for generative-AI products across industries. Originally trained in law in Korea, her creative journey took her through New Zealand and into global design leadership. She has delivered impactful GenAI solutions that boost operational efficiency and scale MLOps platforms. Seulki blends strategic vision with hands-on UX, working closely with machine learning, product, and engineering teams.

Seulki Lee is also a member of the jury for the UX Design Awards – Spring 2026.
