Sottosale is a digital platform designed to raise awareness of the impact climate change is having on the ecosystem and economy of the Po Valley in Italy. The platform uses interactive storytelling to trace the entire river flow and illustrate the phenomenon of salt intrusion in its hinterland. Complex open data and scientific information are adapted and vividly conveyed through texts, infographics and other multimedia content, one step at a time.
