With this initiative, Hyatt aimed to enhance digital storytelling of their Hyatt Properties and brand realization at scale with the creation of a proprietary design system (Bellhop) and supporting website technology platform (Canvas). This allowed a uniquely branded website experience for their guests, using captivating, distinctive brand content designed to drive engagement and loyalty, while maintaining a consistent, captivating, and usable experience for their end users across brands.
