What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
In Thailand, the digital asset sector faces regulatory limitations that create challenges for user experience design.The primary challenge of this project was navigating regulatory controls while maintaining a user-centric design. Many users,including 3million Thai investors, have suffered financial losses totaling 3.2 billion baht.Our goal is to help users build wealth in a simple and trustworthy way by providing valuable investment opportunities.we enhance investment behavior, building trust by redesigning the information architecture through created a user-centric experience that integrates investments with online shopping behavior.This approach boosts satisfaction,trust, and positions the platform as a leader in digital asset standards.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
The project aimed to create a digital service that simplifies regulatory complexities, particularly in the onboarding process. The original app’s onboarding flow was overly complicated with too many steps that frustrated users and left a negative impression.
The UX team successfully developed a service that enabling a smoother experience at every step of the product, from onboarding by focusing on simplify the journey, and reduce complexity. We empowered users to manage trading—buying, selling, or switching—with ease , in a way that aligns with the online shopping behaviors they're already familiar with. Additionally, We guided users on investment opportunities to keep them engaged and lower entry barriers to digital asset investing.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
Over the next five years, our goal is to establish a leading investment platform by understanding user behavior, enhancing development processes. We aim to collaborate with other investment platforms and selling agents to empower investors and giving strengthen the digital asset community. We strive to support investors and regulators by creating a digital service that promotes better investment behaviors through a seamless experience, backed by bank-grade security. Our mission is to help users achieve their investment goals by offering sustainable products that align with daily experiences. We aim to reach 200,000 active users within three years. We ensure that Thai people don’t miss the chance to invest in the future of finance.
