Familiar Flavors: Friend-Driven Food Discovery

The project redesigns DoorDash, a US-based food delivery application, to reduce user hesitation in trying new foods. It aims to solve this problem by leveraging social influence via the user's friend circle. The redesign enables viewing of friends’ frequently ordered restaurants and meals to build selection confidence. Users can also share orders and reviews with friends, while in-person dining integration brings real-world discoveries to the app as well, further enriching the social aspect.
