HÜMA - Post-Earthquake Command & Control System

HÜMA is a command and control system developed to accelerate post-earthquake triage and enable rescue operations to begin more quickly. After an earthquake, the system creates a hierarchical assignment by integrating data from UAV and SAR technologies with targeted installations. It highlights the importance of a design approach that considers the effects of natural disasters before, during, and after the event.
