Three questions to the project team
What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
Since my user personas are based on real users, when addressing genuine needs and pain points, I must move away from pursuing flawless functionality and interaction design in favor of strategies that are truly helpful and practical. Furthermore, to ensure the project genuinely suits this specific, real-world setting and resolves actual challenges, I need to continuously refine my proposal based on user feedback.
What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
I believe my strengths lie in rigorous logical reasoning and careful, evidence-based deduction. I make it a point to conduct in-person visits with stakeholders to carry out genuine user research, truly listening, observing, and experiencing the situation firsthand. I then develop solutions that create a complete loop of functionality and interaction tailored to their specific needs. There is nothing more gratifying to me than arriving at a solution through this process, one that earns the approval of both parties.
Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
This was my first foray into UX-focused app design. Although it may appear somewhat unpolished in certain respects, it embodies my dedication to design, even looking back on it five years from now, I can still sense the sincerity and rigor behind the user experience design. I also believe that, five years hence, I will have matured further and, in an increasingly digital world, will continue to make my own contributions to the field of human-centric design.
