Three questions to the project team

What was the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view?
AI Studio is an integrated practice platform where instructors and learners collaborate within a shared environment. The central UX challenge was preventing dropout driven by online isolation. Learners abandoned the platform during initial setup, and errors during live sessions often went unresolved, leading to disengagement. Structural solutions included cloud VM infrastructure for single click browser access, an AI tutor for real time error feedback, and a mirroring feature enabling instructors to monitor learner screens in real time and intervene as in a physical classroom. Co-designing the user journey across PM, design, and development produced an innovative and seamless practice experience from setup through to problem resolution.

What was your personal highlight in the development process? Was there an aha!-moment, was there a low point?
Developing an enterprise AX (AI transformation) training platform brought many challenges. The most memorable was watching our product team break through the limits of collaboration with AI as the medium. The project carried real risk, with a constrained timeline and heavy features including a web IDE and AI tutor. Proactive adoption of Vibe Coding, an AI collaborative development process, proved the turning point. Freed from repetitive coding demands, PM, design, and development invested more time in genuine product value, including elevating the practice UX. Proving the value of AX through our own process first, the team broadened its perspective on technology in a meaningful experience that embodied the very purpose of the project.

Where do you see yourself and the project in the next five years?
Launching a 14-module AX platform with a lean team stands as proof of the scalability AI makes possible. Looking five years ahead, this project will have evolved beyond a simple practice tool into an intelligent education ecosystem automating and personalizing the full enterprise AX journey. Problem generation, grading, and content creation will be fully automated, with hyper-personalized AI tutors providing one-on-one support for every learner. Moving beyond feature implementation, the team will have grown into the role of Tech Lead, shaping overall service direction alongside advanced AI systems. The goal is to be a first mover at the frontier of change, expanding individual and team influence alongside AI without limit.
