Tactune is a conceptual audio system that reduces screen-led fatigue by restoring tactile ritual to digital music streaming. Smartphones are used only for initial playback, after which a detachable sensory dial takes over. The dial scans environmental textures and uses on-device AI to translate material grains into acoustic profiles. When docked, it functions as a mechanical knob for intuitive eyes-free control, combining digital convenience with embodied interaction and reducing cognitive load.
