Angel Talk is an augmentative alternative communication (AAC) application for children with Angelman Syndrome and their parents. The Samsung Agile Core Team first learned about this genetic disorder when it donated their “Samsung SDS Team of the Year” award to the Korean Organization for Rare Diseases. Children suffering from Angelman Syndrome are out of reach from the government support system and alienated from practical help. The Angel Talk app is an effort to support children with a genetic disorder through technology and an ACC solution specifically designed for their needs.
