The Ava bracelet is a new method of tracking the female menstrual cycle and overall health. While asleep, sensors collect data on different physiological parameters. An algorithm detects the fertile window, physiological stress level and sleep quality, among others. By simultaneously applying multiple tracking methods, the error margin of a single parameter measurement can be greatly reduced, leading to more accurate predictions.
