The interactive drawing board is an experimental transformation of a classic architect’s and designer’s drafting table. The moveable parts have been equipped with sensors – an iPad has replaced the usual rulers. If you move the iPad over the drawing or map on the table, dynamic media content will be displayed according to its position. The construction can be used to enrich maps, drawings and sketches. The idea has been developed in the context of a trade show about digitization.
