The Metropolitan Opera, based in New York City, is widely regarded as an innovative leader in the global arts community. Work & Co partnered with the organization to reimagine their digital presence, demonstrate new ways for novices to access opera, and simplify their process for purchasing tickets online. The new process is not only more efficient – making packages and subscriptions more understandable within a faster, responsive system – but also more fulfilling: the flow, for example, includes previews of both the selected seat and its view.
