My Intelligent Assistant (MIA) is an in-store App used by Fressnapf store employees. With user research and design thinking methods, the users are actively involved in co-creating their App at every stage of development. The result: MIA provides users with an overview to manage daily store tasks, and more notably, allows users more time on the floor to advise customers. MIA shares knowledge and offers support for the store employees, becoming a dedicated “My intelligent assistant”.
