My Swisscom is the digital companion for customers, who want to check their bills, manage subscriptions, or receive technical support – also incorporating Swisscom’s internally developed conversational AI at any point of the experience. The approached redesign works on mobile and tablet apps as well as browsers and desktops. Thereby, the design process started with an extensive UX research and included continuous validation with iterative prototypes and usability tests.
