The Artificial Intelligence Virtual Personal Assistant System (VPA) recognizes personal office working patterns in large companies and helps improve efficiency in scheduling. Workers often miss critical tasks because of time constraints brought about by offline meetings and frequent work-related phone calls. The VPA is based on the context of work and helps monitor and prioritize workers‘ schedules. It has three core features: task reminder, reduction of repetitive tasks and time reallocation for creative tasks.
