In cooperation with Fiducia’s banking experts, a design concept for a new banking ecosystem has been created. It provides a highly efficient workplace for consultants in a distributed working environment, and remote coaching interactions for customers from home. The app enables daily banking actions. The ecosystem aims for a personal, trustworthy remote relationship.
